It looks like a pretty cool house and property, but $6M? Geeze, living in So Cal as I do, it’s hard to contemplate housing prices analytically. You find yourself having thoughts like, “Hey that 2 bedroom condo built in the1970’s with 800 square feet is only $999,999–that’s a great deal!” So who knows–maybe $6M is a steal for Flea’s house.
